ROC Annual Filing Consultants in India As per the rules and regulations of the ROC, every company in India is required to file its annual report every year. Failure to do so can lead to fines and penalties against the directors and officers of the company. As such, it is important for management faculties to have a thorough knowledge of this compliance for the organization. There are three main forms which companies have to file with the ROC every year. The first form is the ROC Form MGT 7, which lists information regarding shareholding structure, change in directorship, and share transfers in the financial year. The second form, the ROC Form AOC4, is the balance sheet. Both the ROC Forms must be filed within 30 days of the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting.
